I take a heavy duty foil make my own pan or get a broiler pan get big cube of butter melt it on there take a bowl pour full big bottle of hickory smoke barbecue sauce half large bottle of wash your shoes off sauce 😂 a little A1 little Heinez 57 and add ketchup if you want it a little sweeter put table spoon of white vinegar stir baste chicken flip it do other side cook when it is done use tongs pick up the bones then spatchla to pick up finger licking chicken. For seasoning Fiesta chicken seasoning. On direct cooking chicken would use Fiesta chicken seasoning use a little butter melted to moisten the chicken
