Are you living in the south? If so where?
I live in Manhattan and Palm Beach and am privileged to be acquainted with every town on your list except Eureka Springs. I think it would be a sweet life to live in any one of them. My only critique is that I wish you had mentioned Mary Baldwin College when discussing Staunton. My sister attended when it was still an all-girls school and I visited regularly. I’d say it’s still the beating heart of this valley town. Otherwise, well done, Briggs.
I live in Dahlonega, and the natural beauty has more layers there than anywhere else I’ve ever been. Hey buddy.
15:53 oh man! A place in Arkansas that you like. I love Hot Springs. Just north of town is one of the biggest over 50 communities in the country, Hot Springs Village. If you like to play golf or go to the lake, it’s your spot. The city of Hot Springs is pretty fun and a reasonable place.
Eureka Springs is probably my favorite town in AR. It’s kinda crazy. Kinda historical. Very pretty and has a lot of interesting stores mostly for tourists. The Passion Play is excellent. It’s eclectic. There are very few houses for sale most of the time, and it’s not as inexpensive as Hot Springs.
The prices of homes you mentioned are high.
