This guy obviously hasn’t visited the other states that he left out. In Kentucky: Check out Mammoth Caves National Park, the largest cave system in the USA. The Thoroughbred horse farm tours especially during warm weather is a must. Kentucky Derby is a bucket list item for sure. The Bourbon industry tours are unique. The Corvette Museum in Bowling Green for car lovers. These are just a few of many.
Interesting you do not rate St Augustine or Vicksburg.
I know this is an old video and for all I know it may have been updated. If not, You should update this podcast. One example is Nashville. They now have cover charges everywhere and it’s become much more commercial and tacky IMO.
Also to add on to the Outer Banks; wild Spanish (I think it was Spanish) horses still live on the beaches out there, the Coast guard was formed there, it is home to more shipwrecks than anywhere else, famous pirates lived there, the first plane was flown there, and there are plenty of lighthouses to see.
